The action research method guided this intervention and engaged thirty-nine pastors and a group of laity in training, surveys, and interviews which examined this researcher's practice in the Capitol District. The group remained open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, took an inventory, and sought to use their gifts in the community. The class completed an evaluation and the author developed a gifts guide. The project conducted interviews with 34 church members using 21 questions.
