Biblical, theological and historical roots of helping persons in need undergird methods and procedures of implementation. Helping and loving for Jesus' sake include counseling, material assistance, and the use of referrals, as opportunity arises (Ephesians 5:16). Where there is moral decay there is abuse and oppression, and consequently many victims.  This project presents a Biblical, psychological and moral approach to the problem of abuse and victimization.  It explains the nature of abuse and characteristics of victims and abusers.  It defines the nature of courage and the seven moral skills that produce it.  Moral courage empowers people to escape from tyranny and abuse, and fulfill God's magnificent will.
