Integrated education is an holistic approach that combines biblical truth, learning  experiences, and collaboration among preschoolers, teachers, and parents to support effective Christian faith formation. The project was analyzed using survey data to determine how effectively integrated education was conducted for  preschoolers, parents, and teachers. The need for and effectiveness of integrated education across different age groups were investigated.\r\n\r\nThis data was analyzed in Excel with the Jamovi computer-based program from Google, using statistical analysis of effectiveness for the integrated education of the Hansarang Yeajeon Church and Korean churches in Daejeon.  I reviewed the integrated education, spiritual formation curriculum, and strategic models at local churches where the ministry education was needed. This project developed an integrated educational curriculum for preschoolers aged four to five, as well as for their parents and teachers. I partnered church leadership team to train preschoolers, parents, and teachers at a local Sunday school. The project  was completed by meeting three project goals. The first goal was completed by researching the field of mentoring and identifying essential skills for mentor training. The second goal was accomplished by developing a curriculum designed to equip leaders of First Baptist Church De Soto, De Soto, Missouri, in mentoring skills. The third goal was accomplished by equipping selected leaders of First Baptist Church De Soto, De Soto, Missouri, in essential mentoring skills. Leaders were equipped through five sessions over a single-day workshop. Several evaluation metrics were utilized to ensure the project goals were met. Evaluation metrics, including expert evaluators, rubrics, pretests and posttests, and surveys, were used in the project. Two professional goals were also established. Welch College is a Christian college located in Gallatin, Tennessee, and is owned and operated by  the National Association of Free Will Baptists, Inc. To develop an organizational strategy, I examined internal audits of the Office for Institutional Advancement, explored existing advancement departments of select Christian colleges, and researched current literature in the field of Christian higher education fundraising and development to determine best practices. Using the discovered best practices and information gleaned from the audits and surveys, I led a strategy planning team through a strategic planning process to \r\ndevelop an organizational strategy for the Office for Institutional Advancement. The final strategy included (1) the purpose for the advancement strategy, (2) seven strategic waypoints that govern the strategy, (3) needed personnel, (4) principles for implementation of the strategy, and (5) potential pitfalls or threats to the strategy. Using a multimedia presentation, I presented the finished redesigned organizational strategy to the President of Welch College, Dr. J.
