The study also gives a model for baptismal preparation.  The method of study is a survey sent to two groups, adults who were baptized when junior youth and pastors and teachers in the KS-NE conference. The results show that the expectations differ between the two groups with respect to peer influence, personal conviction, and religious behavior.
