The right character for Christians was assessed from the nine fruits of the Spirit as mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23, from which a weekly training program was actualized using lectures and sharing in small groups. Project results showed that the character of trained lay leaders showed improvements manifested in the leadership. For this purpose, a project is carried out that is early morning prayer meeting for forty days, which is performed with the theology, life of John Wesley and his standard sermons. For forty days, a variety of members as the different denominations and ages are participated. After this program, I take a survey via questionnaires and interview for ascertaining the meaning and the influence of this project. The participants testify, through this early morning prayer meeting, that they can experience spiritual growth. I focus on the relation between spirituality and improvement in the quality of life of the elderly, for that is the way in which the problems of an aging society will best be tackled. To this end, I developed a program titled 'spiritual formation for improving the quality of life for the elderly.' The program ran for eight weeks in the Hyun-Nam Church where I am the senior pastor. The project was conducted with the help of three social workers, and the results were assessed with the help of a questionnaire. As the number of churches and pastors increased, problems such as overpopulation of large churches and competition between ministers started to occur. Thus, a number of problems arose. Based on the belief that all human beings are created in the Image of God, and therefore must be given a full measure of love and dignity, the MoCo Pride Center is a way of reaching out to a community long marginalized by many churches. The intersection of faith and community building is one of the main themes that runs through this project. It also challenges the practice of sending people elsewhere, outside of Montgomery County, for needed services rather than addressing those needs within the county. He sought to determine centering prayer's efficacy in alleviating perceived stress using Thomas Keating's method of centering prayer and drawing from the contemplative lives of John of the Cross, Therese of Lisieux, and Thomas Merton. Centering prayer was conducted on site one day a week for an hour at a time over a four week period. The author conducted a six-week seminar, which immersed participants in a financial literacy class that taught both tactical and spiritual approaches to finances. The analysis of the responses of participants indicated that having faith as a part of their financial teaching was instrumental in their motivation to complete the program as well as implement it.
