In order to do so, the author made efforts to establish the essence and purpose of the class meeting by exploring the theological background of the class meeting from the Wesleyan perspective. The author also tried to find the reason for the revitalization and degeneration of the class meeting by studying the history of the class meetings in the Anglican, the American, and the Korean Methodist churches, respectively. Using narrative analysis, the author shared the stories of intercultural youth and young adult development practitioners through the production of a television series; capturing strategic insights into leadership capacities, management styles and operational best practices. In this reality, this paper is a practical product of applying the principles of the youth revival discovered in 'the revival of the Bible,' 'the natural church development theory,' and 'the great revival movement of the Korean church' to the youth division of Hwado Methodist Church for the revival. The author combined series of sermons with small group activity for death preparatory education. With the sermons on the theme of good death, the study utilized the death preparatory theory of Alfons Deeken as contents of small group programs. The author designed the program for the elderly church members and conducted with class meetings. The goal of this Doctor of Ministry project involved researching two case studies of church-sponsored community gardens and one case study of a community garden sponsored by a Christian college that were created between 2003-2012 in order to discern some best practices for launching a Christ-centered community garden. The author interviewed 14 leaders of diverse congregations in the Twin Cities. The author also used exercises in intercultural competence in three congregational gatherings and interviewed 20 members of the congregation. Discrimination against and maltreatment of Southeastern migrant workers in Korea have been serious social problems. This project researched the essential characteristics of the spirit of hospitality in the Bible through examining the Israelite as the 'ger,' the hospitality of Abraham and the maltreatment of Sodom, the hospitality of Jesus, and the hospitality of Paul.
