Creative mastery of technology and public relations propel the perceptioin of a user-friendly church, a critical factor for success. The author utilized Vyhmeister's Quality research papers, chapter 13, to create a 'Program development model' as a form of research. The event included coordinated Sunday school classes, morning worship, and Bible study, all based on the lectionary passages for Epiphany. The author researched biblical concepts of hospitality.  Sermons and Sunday School classes focused on hospitality.  The method of research was twofold: to preach and teach on hospitality, and to track the attendance and number of visitors to the congregation.
