A sizable percentage of the United Methodist Churches (UMC) within the Greater New Jersey Conference (GNJC) are steep in decline; and St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Montclair, New Jersey faced a similar struggle. The approach to this project was to use Christ 's example of sacrificial love as a model of how a congregation can organize her people, procedures, and programs to fully live out her mission in a rapidly changing culture. An ongoing assessment tool was created to assist St. Mark's United Methodist Church and others to determine what aspects of the church's ministry should be ended and allowed to expire. This assessment tool was administered during a one-day seminar with three different congregations. It is diagnosed in childhood. The disease is increasingly challenging during young adult years. Broadening the knowledge base of healthcare professionals who provide care to this patient population is the emphasis of the project. The foci of this project were the Kaiser Permanente Southern California regional chaplains. The author examines how moral injury occurs and the effects it has on those who are suffering from it. The study includes a survey of soldiers deployed to a combat environment in order to assess possible moral injury due to traumatic experiences. The use of counseling interviews inform the analysis of healing patterns and potential models for a reconciliation process of soul wounds. For centuries, African Americans have been reframing that narrative. This project assists those reframing efforts in demonstrating how the arts can expose the racist usage of the 'Curse of Ham.' The researcher performs a theological and historical review of the 'Curse of Ham' and then uses the data to create and implement a live theater performance. As persons participate in the process of finding the self, they are embarking on the mystical spiritual journey of awakening, dark night of the soul, and union with the divine. The elements of the project included experimental teaching on the story of Judith and hero's journey as well as time spent in contemplative reflection by each participant. The project took place during retreats of Anam Cara (Soul Friend), the two-year missional spiritual direction training program of the Missional Wisdom Foundation. It is my observation, through research and conversation, that African American pastors are less likely to engage in self-care strategies, seek mental health counseling, or engage in activities sponsored by evangelical leadership initiatives. The author suggests a Wesleyan ecclesiology (orthodoxy, orthopraxis, and orthopathy) and an intercultural competence framework for the design of an introductory curriculum for pastors and lay leaders. The data obtain through survey, face-to-face consultation and pilot testing has resulted in the creation of a intercultural competency 101 curriculum that provides specific skills in a cross-racial and cross-cultural ministry in the Latino context. Women's leadership plays a pivotal role in the evangelization of Maasai. I would refer this model to the Bible Women that is manifested in the history of World Mission, especially in the early days of the Korean Mission era, which has a powerful effect in the mission field. Most women in Africa are reduced in the value of women by the male-dominated cultural patterns. Furthermore, women of Maasai are limited to pregnancy, childbirth, and nurturing by the idiosyncratic social status and role established by traditional culture. Due to this influence of African culture, women's role is reduced even in the church and is regarded as less important than men. Just as the sex ratio of all churches in the world is much more women, Maasai churches in Longido are filled with women, and the women sustain the church.
