A five-point likert scale questionnaire was distributed to seventy participants. The project included three phases. During phase one, research was conducted in the fields of biblical worship, spiritual leadership, and multigenerational considerations. The second phase of this project resulted in using information derived from phase one research to develop equipping curriculum. The curriculum educated the leadership team in the field of biblical worship as well as the characteristics and formative events that define the four primary adult generations present at Summit baptist Church. The third phase of this project resulted in expanding the music leadership team to include members of every adult generation at Summit, presenting the curriculum to the team, and equipping the team to function as a worship planning team. The eighteen task force members were required to participate in a music and worship workshop with their church and one other church in order to immediately apply what was learned during the training course.  The task force members, the church leadership and the project writer worked together in establishing each church's goals for improving their music ministry.  The same people evaluated what was accomplished through the training sessions and the church workshops. The same plan and materials will be used for teaching church music in other Baptist churches and associations in
