Because they place students in a relational environment, internships ought to be considered an integral component in the Bible college curriculum. This project concludes with an overview of an internship program designed for the preaching department of Boise Bible College. The selected pastors were asked to fill out a five-page survey about their own personal and professional development practices.  The author reviewed the biblical/theological data regarding the New Testament role of pastor/teacher. The author then conducted a brief survey of the personal and professional practices of past Christian leaders.
