A religious preference questionnaire was developed for this study.  The nature of the proposed study dictated that it should be capable of soliciting responses. The program's premise is that antisocial behavior correlates with inappropriate or lack of appropriate socialization, ie, poor sense of self, irresponsibility, and insensitivity toward others.  The project designs programs to develop socialization skills and accountability.  A fourfold greater recidivism is noted in the control group which is comprised of those who are dropped for nonparticipation than in the treated group which consists of those who graduate.  The project presents six representative case studies.
