The design of the project was based around a one-day seminar with a follow-up seminar four weeks later. There was an assignment to be completed by participants in between the initial and final sessions. Using an anonymous online survey and with the assistance of Boston Baptist College, graduates of the Boston Baptist College were asked to gauge the involvement of their home church in their precollege development as spiritual leaders. The project design included the administration of pre and post-test questionnaires. Results indicated the participants grew in their understanding of the components of true biblical community: faith development, worship, missions/service, fellowship, and evangelism. Their expressed commitment to practice these components rose, as did their willingness to advocate for them. The author also conducted in-dept interviews with 3 senior theological educators to have them share their teaching expectations on theological education. The first step involved an in-depth study of FBCH's attendance trends from 2005 to 2015 based on the annual church profile reports and recorded church history. The project director compared discipleship strategies of churches with similar characteristics and conducted a survey of church leaders to determine the current condition of FBCH discipleship. The research showed that FBCH plateaued in attendance from 2008 to 2013. The project director determined that FBCH needed a disciple-making strategy that led to multiplication and focused on transformation. Habitual sin patterns threaten to destroy the vitality of our spiritual lives and derail us from accomplishing God's purposes in our lives. The intent of this project was to show that there is a way for believers in Christ to overcome habitual sin patterns. This applied research project used the survey method to investigate some primary factors that have contributed to the growth of GCCP. This is for the benefit of GCCP herself as well as for other Chinese churches in the Philippines. This study answered the research question, 'What are some primary factors associated with new members of the last 10 years (2005-2015) joining Grace Christian Church of the Philippines?' The research examined the three factors of Pulpit Ministry, Culture Change, and Vision as primary factors of church growth. This study looked at pulpit preaching and its central importance in the life of the church. It also examined culture in the church and the change process and why these are important factors to consider when implementing change. Then, it explored how vision and its casting are essential to give the church direction and purpose. The project director explored the demographics of the New Orleans Westbank community and conducted a church health analysis for his congregation in order to understand the context and condition of Calvary Baptist Church. He researched church revitalization strategies through the use of a questionnaire, gathering expert analysis and bibliographic data in order to gain an understanding of the critical elements in the field of church revitalization. The project director then developed church revitalization strategy sessions and a resulting church revitalization strategy for Calvary Baptist Church, New Orleans, Louisiana, utilizing a selected group of leaders and experts.
