A set of pre-class questionnaires was designed with two purposes: one purpose was to collect data through the online questionnaires for the youth ministry advisors and ministers; the other purpose was to interview adolescent disciples of the second generation from churches.     The results revealed that daily life experiences with the Lord were the main drivers for the growth of young Christians. The design of the project included three sections to identify the demographics of the participants; a five-point Ligert scale to capture the attitudes of the participants on the subject matter; and an evaluation of the study.     The results of this study revealed that the participants that a ministry to the incarcerated. The workship schedule consisted of nine sessions held on Thursdays with approval by the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) and the administration of MSP. The selected group consisted of thirteen IRAs, and each session lasted approximately two hours. The project director addressed the following pastoral issues: pastoral ministry skills, comfort and caring skills, anger management skills (two sessions), counseling skills, interpersonal relationship skills, listening skills, and suicide prevention skills before closing the workship with a final summary session. The project goals were to research the field of pastoral ministry skills, to develop teaching sessions to equip selected IRAs in pastoral minisrty skills, and to equip selected inmate religious assistants (IRAs) in pastoral ministry skills. The writer revisited Korean Christianity and reclaimed the Trinitarian concepts of relationship with respect to healing and recovery. One of the findings is that the precepts of early Korean Christianity was based on the doctrine of the Trinity, which seemed to be missing in relation to the North Korean refugees' ministry. This study employs descriptive research methodology and concentrates in three research questions: What are the characteristics of the effective leaders? The findings rest on interviews with leaders of five effective Chinese churches of NYC (BCCC, FaBC, FiBC, NYCAC, and OCM), InterVarsity, and Seekers. Following the Ministry Skills Enhancement Model, the project director enhanced his development and communication of sermon applications related to biblical truths proclaimed within each sermon. The project focus was to ensure members and attendees of Oak Park Baptist Church, Algiers, Louisiana, understand the biblical text and how it applies to their walk with Christ. The project will: (1) research the subject of the sermon application; (2) develop a series of expository sermons applying the knowledge gathered; (3) preach a sermon series to those attending Oak Park Baptist Church, Algiers, Louisiana; and (4) evaluate the effectiveness of the sermon application by using a sermon evaluation team. The premise was that people who go to church do not necessarily experience God as heavenly father in their personal lives.     A self-selected group of fifty participants provided the data from a Likert scale questionnaire along with some open-ended questions. The results showed that participants experiences of God as heavenly father generated positive emotions. The project included the administration of a survey to all appointed pastors-in-charge in the NCC. An aspect of that polity is autonomy that declares each local Baptist church is a self-governing entity. In this context, lay authority has the potential to be misused and the laity can deselect a pastor at their will. This project, a case study is the presentation of a church to show how the call system works from candidacy to deselection. This study calls for an additional layer of pastoral oversight and recommends that pastors lead Baptist laity in securing pastors. The problem addressed by this project is imbalance in power and authority held by Baptist laity and manifested in the call system.
