Each sermon focused on motivating the listeners to display biblical attitudes and behaviors toward one another. The testing utilized a qualitative survey that was developed by the author. The project included quantitative and qualitative pre-test, post-test design that assessed knowledge relating to participants' Christian identity.  The pre-test assessment showed participants had limited knowledge in the project's goals, along with little trust of a small group experience. The responses were analyzed and categorized. A small Wesleyan congregation in Ontario was taken on a journey from tacit to intentional Trinitarianism by emphasizing the Trinity in sermons, sacraments, study, worship, and mission. The project curriculum was designed for the participants to identify root causes of woundedness, enhance their grandparenting skills, explore how they view themselves in their relationship with God and experience some measure of inner healing.  The most prominent results were how our increased awareness of our relationship with God affects our self-image.  Additionally intergenerational wounds affect parenting skillsandchild bonding.
