Initial qualitative research revealed potential for improvement within the diaconate in a variety of formational, structural and perceptual domains. An eight week training process entitled Bridgebuilders was developed, operating under the thesis that it would have a slight but beneficial effect upon these domains. This project seeks to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a tool for developing services to all customer segments of any local church and, therefore, can be applied to the corporate leaders. Lessons from business have demonstrated the CRM is difficult to implement. A CRM framework, such as Gartner's eight block model, would help local churches leverage the benefits of CRM while avoiding the known risks. The difference between the pretest and posttest in the desire of the Christian adolescents to abstain from premarital sex was statistically significant. The conclusion reached in this study is that prayer is the privileged expression of the Father-children relationship, fully granted to us through Jesus, the Son. The thesis develops the biblical/theological basis for healthy sexuality with a theoretical basis. The research design covers a three month time period. Couples were tested before the course and then again after three month. It was hypothesized that the incorporation of biblical teaching and cultural aspects of forgiveness would provide a forgiveness paradigm that could increase the motivation to forgive among the target community. However, the increase of scores in the willingness to forgive after the workshop was not statistically significant. Because of the resistance and difficulties they face in the ministry job market many of these women are expressing anger and disillusionment with the church and with God. Some are even entertaining the idea of walking away from their faith altogether. Reformed and sacramental refer to the traditional Presbyterian doctrines of the Supper as articulated by John Calvin and professed in the confessions of the Presbyterian Church (USA). The praxis director preached a sermon series, taught a class, and wrote a hymn, with the goal of increasing the value the congregation places on the sacrament.
