God created humanity with the capacity to reflect intimacy. The human relationship that has the potential of the maximum degree of intimacy is in marriage. As the divine architect of marriage, God offers guidelines for insuring a healthy pursuit of marital intimacy. Thus this project has, with necessary limitations, developed a unit within the undergraduate course, 'Theology of marriage' at Central Bible College, describing a perspective of a theology of marital intimacy. The significance of the book of Revelation, especially Revelation 12 and 13, is presented as the theme book for developing a strong biblical foundation. Based on her study, this researcher recommends a stronger integration of biblical theology and missiology in order to establish a biblical foundation for spiritual warfare. In addition, this research suggests a need of a leadership or mission conference for the development of leaders in cross-cultural contexts. The project director developed a training curriculum. He enlisted recruitment team members, know as 'connection coaches,' for six training sessions. The connection coaches learned about spiritual gifts, personality temperments, natural abilities, and best practices for helping members become involved in ministry. After the training, connection coaches accepted an assignment to contact a specific new member. He or she facilitated that new member's enlistment into a ministry position. Objective evaluators in the fields of curriculum development and lay ministry recruitment evaluated the project director's growth. Archdiocese of Suva","Catholic Church--Fiji","Basic Christian communities"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This thesis examines how an intercultural dialogue of faith among Catholic parishioners might contribute to building inclusive pluralism in multi-ethnic Fiji. Using participation observation and interviews, it analyses two types of parish prayer groups, which embody the separate inculturation of the gospel into indigenous Fijian and Indo-Fijian cultures, and finds them inadequate.
