Worship is at the heart of the congregation. Members need to make room for and value the gifts each one brings to the table. With the development of a multi-layered program including worship education and the formation of Worship Design Teams, members had occasions to interact more boldly with scripture, liturgy and prayer, to wrestle with how best to proclaim the gospel, and to find their own place within the faith story. Evaluation was formative and adjusted the program and process along the way."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["McCormick Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["7eda0323-a6d9-4fe2-807a-22620dd389a5"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791128816281714688,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T07:05:49.463Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T11:23:52Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T03:08:47Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"dc7e6cb4-1e55-4627-943e-e8761aed0bbd","accessControl_ssim":["30527ed2-841a-49d4-a335-fba447107446"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["The use of children's liturgy in teaching worship to the preliterate"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T11:23:52Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T04:26:20Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["26af911b-d66b-41b8-9a7c-1cef6fa7647f"],"hasLease_ssim":["b3563d06-d6f2-44d5-8317-fb3a6c0015e8"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Concordia Seminary (Saint Louis, MO)"],"advisor_tesim":["James L Brauer"],"year_tesim":["2007"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Scott A Lemmermann"],"publisher_tesim":["Concordai Seminary (St. Louis, MO)"],"subject_tesim":["Children in public worship","Faith development","Church work with children","Children--Religious life"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This project explores the need for preliterate children to be in divine worship. The project was accomplished in three phases. The first phase was conducting the research. The research focused on biblical models of disciple-making, specifically the inner circle model of Jesus. The research also focused on the processes of mentoring, coaching, and reproducing disciples. In the second phase, the project director developed a set of lesson plans. The lesson plans were used in a fast-track training for making disciples using a triad model. The final phase was the implementation phase. In this phase the project director trained a selected group of believers to become disciple-makers using the triad model. At the conclusion of the project, the project participants were asked to make a commitment to make disciples using a triad model. The participants were asked to pray for forty days about continuing the process of making disciples."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5e492469-490e-44a3-90c1-17560a603bc2"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799721749376401408,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T03:26:49.058Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":13083,"label":"Unknown"},{"value":"Dissertation","hits":46,"label":"Dissertation"},{"value":"Thesis","hits":9,"label":"Thesis"},{"value":"D.Min.
