The overall ministry philosophy and methodology of Lloyd-Jones have been considered along with his value for biblical authority, expository preaching, and biblical marriage. This purpose was accomplished through qualitative research using content analysis on primary and secondary sources by and about Martyn Lloyd-Jones to understand what he believed about Christian preaching and ministry and to know how he applied that understanding personally and in the pulpit.The research design for this study followed a qualitative approach to studying data. The study also implemented content analysis when examining individual sermons Lloyd-Jones preached from Ephesians 5:22-33 contained in Christian Marriage: From Basic Principles to Transformed Relationships. These sermons were evaluated according to the functional elements of explanation, illustration, and application to derive implications for pastors today. The research is developed into three parts. First, in chapters 1-2, the thesis and life of Lloyd-Jones is described. Second, in chapters 3-4, his value for biblical expository preaching is established. Third, chapters 5-6 set forth the evaluating methodology for the eleven sermons. Six challenging biblical texts, from Genesis, Exodus, Psalms, Isaiah, Matthew, and Acts, none of which appear in the Revised Common Lectionary, are presented to a focus group for study and feedback. Chapter 1 presents the theological foundation for the projects. This chapter focuses on the nature of making disciples, the transformation of the heart, and Christian coaching. The purpose of this project is to implement a disciple making strategy at Christ Centered Community [CCC] by using the DTR curriculum. Chapter 2 describes the ministry plan and implementation of the DTR curriculum.  The plan includes three components: curriculum preparation, implantation, and evaluation. The implantation consists of four parts: Purpose, opening, lesson, and assessment for each week. The purpose and opening provide a general idea for each lesson. The lesson covers the highlights of the lesson plan. The assessment covers the reaction of the students and the project leader’s observation of the students as each lesson was taught.Chapter 3 supplies a critical evaluation of the project leader’s objectives and the student’s objectives. Laying a foundation for the project, in phase one of the project director researched the areas of discipleship and disciple-making to determine consistent, reproducible behaviors in replicating disciples. The project director compiled the findings of the research into a report ultimately identifying common, reproducible behaviors that facilitate disciple=making. In phase two of the project, the project director studied curriculum design and lesson writing resulting in a curriculum to use in the project workshop presenting the reproducible behaviors of making disciples discovered through phase one research. Phase three followed curriculum development. Phase three included organizing and hosting the training event to equip workshop participants in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning domains. The third goal was the development of a Sunday school revitalization strategy for Hispanic churches in the Baptist Convention of New Mexico with the assistance of a selected strategy development team. The final goal was the validation of the strategy by three small groups of selected pastors and leaders of Hispanic Baptist churches in the state. Equipping selected adult members produced a renewal in believers with a skill set of boldly evangelizing the unbelievers of Houston. This evangelism training allowed the church to refocus on the basic obedience of the Lord's commission and strengthened the individuals in their pursuit to be more like Christ. The project director used and equipping model with three phases to accomplish this project.Phase one of the equipping model was to research the field of evangelism and various evangelism models. Phase two consisted of synthesizing the essential evangelism skills discovered in the research into a training course. Phase three was the training workshop with selected adults. The project director conducted demographic research to determine the international makeup of the county, identified and explored key resources that address ministry to internationals, and contacted selected churches and organizations that have effectively conducted evangelism outreach to reach internationals. He synthesized the findings into a strategy for Eagle's landing. The project director used the strategy planning model described in the current New Orleans Baptist theological Seminary Project in Ministry Design Handbook to complete this project. It has become difficult time for believers living in a rapidly changing society to gather in a church for the Bible study and spiritual education. As the age, occupation, and residence of believers have become more diverse, each person has a different time to be trained and educated in the church. Accordingly, a new method of education and training is required in the church.The e-Learning teaching method, which has become new teaching method, is well known and useful in general education. However, the e-Learning education and training method in local churches are not yet common. This is not only due to a lack of understanding of the approach for e-Learning education and training methods but also due to an absence of the implementation manual for application.The project director aimed to help understand e-Learning and to study the e-Learning education methods and a blended learning to solve practical problems needed for application.
