A pastor's class program consisting of sermons, training sessions, Bible study lessons, fellowship activities, and contacts was used to accomplish the purpose.  The program caused the participants to analyze personal attitudes and behaviors toward Bible study. A written survey comprised of essay-type questions was administered to the participants and teachers of four existing Bible study groups.
