This research consisted of three parts: (1) Clarification of theological views that hinder Jewish evangelism; (2) Surveys to detect the reasons why evangelism is not done; (3) Interviews with Arab leaders and one messianic pastor to gain their perspective on the reasons why Arab brothers and sisters are not evangelizing to the Jews.This project had three hypotheses:•There is a lack of Jewish Evangelism from the Arab Christians toward the Jewish people in Israel because of the difference in culture and politics.•There is a lack of Jewish Evangelism from the Arab Christians toward the Jewish people in Israel because of a lack of knowledge in how to do it.•There is a lack of evangelism from the Arab Christians toward the Jewish people in Israel because of their belief in replacement theology.The first two surveys were given to Arab Christian leaders and believers of churches from Israel. The surveys focused on their spiritual life, politics, the land of Israel, and Zionism. They ended with asking about their engagement in Jewish evangelism. I hoped to discover whether Jewish evangelism exists and if not, why.The surveys and interviews of the Arab leaders and pastors in Israel evaluated whether the hypotheses were correct and helped discover the next steps for change regarding Jewish evangelism from our Arab brothers and sisters in Israel. The surveys and interviews supported my hypotheses. Other issues that might hinder Arabs from sharing the gospel with Jews in Israel were found as well. Evangelism to this group of young adults is critical for the future of the Korean diaspora church. I examine a new model of planting church through the success of San Francisco Bay Area's 'Embrace Church,' a church led by and oriented toward second-generation Korean Americans. Reaching the younger generations will require a more personal approach than new programs and events. Overcoming skepticism and distrust are key factors in reaching the younger generations. The Five Thresholds Model will increase the confidence of young adults in the overall practice of evangelizing and, more specifically, in the practices of sharing their faith and inviting others to respond. Group members participated in a free personality self-assessment that guided their training. After conducting research in the field of evangelism, the project director developed teaching plans that he implemented through sessions designed to equip adults to share the gospel based upon their personality strengths. Chapter 3 posits the position that for ministry effectiveness to occur, the load of evangelism is not carried only by the pastor, but by every member of the church. Chapter 4 describes the project itself, including the timing and teaching methodology along the way. Chapter 5 evaluates the success of the project based on the completion of specified goals. A number of theologians, both ancient and recent, have suggested that these will have an opportunity to hear the Gospel after they die and that those who repent and trust in Christ for salvation in response to this message will be saved. In support of this view, proponents have put forward several Bible passages, but the case depends on the interpretation of 1 Peter 3:19 and 4:6. On close examination of these verses within their cultural and literary context, neither of them supports the view which has been alternatively been called “postmortem evangelism,” “future probation,” or “divine perseverance.” Since the Biblical case for this view depends on 1 Peter, it seems that there is no Scriptural warrant for it. The intervention included Sermon content, B.E.L.L.S., D groups, and Intercessory prayer. The researcher was motivated by a desire to increase church leaders and members desire for and frequency of gospel conversations. The researcher utilized the five missional habits given by Michael Frost in his book, Surprise the World: The Five Habits of Highly Missional People. The five habits are Bless, Eat, Listen, Learn, and Sent. A six-week sermon series was designed to highlight the need to live a Questionaable Life, and the five missional habits. Participants signed up to be in a D group members committed to be in worship weekly, meet with their D group weekly, and pray for one another, as well as each person D group members were praying to have an evangelistic conversation with. The results of the data gathered pre- and post-intervention was measured using a mix-methods approach. Equipping selected adult members produced a renewal in believers with a skill set of boldly evangelizing the unbelievers of Houston. This evangelism training allowed the church to refocus on the basic obedience of the Lord's commission and strengthened the individuals in their pursuit to be more like Christ. The project director used and equipping model with three phases to accomplish this project.Phase one of the equipping model was to research the field of evangelism and various evangelism models. Phase two consisted of synthesizing the essential evangelism skills discovered in the research into a training course. Phase three was the training workshop with selected adults.
