Its goal is to search for implementable principles, strategies and methodologies with sound biblical and theological foundation to enhance the church leadership and spiritual disciplines, so that a so-called healthy and balanced church could be operated. Research methodology used quantitative and qualitative measures. Participants had the opportunity to grow spiritually and in relationship with God. Through classes and methods of spiritual awareness, participants showed, from pre-test to post-test, significant change in understanding and moving Christian principles into praxis. It examined the biblical terms for power and correlated these with the organizational perspectives on power.  The project design used 'The Power Management Survey' to compare perceptions.  The pastor felt motivated primarily by affiliation and friendship.  The laity felt the pastor was motivated primarily by socialized power.  A democratic leadership style was present. Clearer goal statements for the church, an acceptance of power as necessary for the church and better connections between theology and practice are
