The design of the project included the administration of a pre and post-testt questionnaire in a retreat focused group study, along with city and rural church facility tour by the participants. The most prominent goal was the participants increased their practice of unity. Not the church structures, but the way in which they are used to pursue influence, power, and wealth, make obstacles to the emergence of the people of God. Dialogue in this sense will be a theological metaphor not only about certain basic christological resonance in African belief and praxis, but also about a model for understanding other religions, which are God's gifts to humanity. Dialogue based on social justice and peace is the key to integral human development in Africa.
