The People of Color at Evangelical College provide a rich account of their experience, which enters into dialogue with the field of higher education and the tradition of forgiveness and justice within the Christian tradition. An analysis of the responses served as the basis of a report given to the administrative leadership that they might develop a plan to provide a more beneficial experience for students who are facing diversity issues now and in the future.  Results indicated that qualitative research is warranted.
