The method of research is the result of local and conference-wide teaching opportunities, as well as implementing dance and drama ministries on the Preston-Hurlock charge. The evaluation consists of interviews and surveys of participants and congregations. The goal was to teach children how to pray using sacred dance.  The program was theologically built upon the work of Elizabeth Johnson and Sallie McFague.  It incorporated songs and scriptures containing inclusive language and images of God that were feminine, and of nature.
