It integrates valuable data from related literature reviewed in relation to Millennials and their characteristics, theories on human and faith development, and the stages of faith formation. The research also identifies the contributing factors to the phenomenon of faith. Additionally, the research shares the responses and opinions of Millennials on their faith journey and how faith acts as a social good in decision-making. Six men who were involved in Christian men's mentorship ministry programmes in Jamaica were interviewed to ascertain what social benefits, spiritual benefits, and personal development benefits can be derived from a men's mentorship programme in the Jamaican context. The study is a basic qualitative research. An interview schedule was developed and administered over a two month period, the data was analyzed, and benefits/themes identified. This project focuses on the use of skilled efforts and varying strategies employed by church officers of Compassionate Christian Ministries, a new church, to encourage growth in membership, deepening commitment, spiritual maturity and discipleship.  An action research program was designed for officers of the church.  The program incorporated theoretical aspects as well as practical examples. This project focuses on the Braeton New Testament Church of God and its response to the many persons who continue to struggle with concubinage. The challenge of men and women who have left the church in the last five years and who are in concubinage was investigated using a qualitative interpretive study. It intends to identify the problem by means of quantitative and qualitative research.  When implications of the sociological as well as the religious perspectives were used to establish an interpersonal relationship and discover male perspective of the church, the following issues were raised: (a) Denominational conflicts (b)Irrelevant programmes (c) Uncaring members (d) Church attendance not necessary.
