This involves correcting worldview assumptions that hinder conversion and an effective communication of the gospel.  The resulting conversion is called worldview conversion.  This project develops a manual to train missionaries in Japan to use the Bible effectively, leading to worldview conversion. The description of said field test is the purpose of the dissertation.  The results of the tests showed that personal attention towards the trainees and behavioral objectives related task orientation of 'on-the-job' training were effective tools of church-planting motivation.
