This pilot study (n=4) explored the effectiveness of its curriculum on spiritual growth, vocational discernment, and the use of spiritual practices. The curriculum included book studies, mission outreach, and the spiritual practices of prayer, Scripture reading, silence, and shared work like the Taizé community. Quantitative and qualitative data was collected at baseline, mid-point, and endpoint.
