Utilizing 'Key United Methodist Beliefs' by Abraham and Watson, laity were theologically empowered and effective in helping non-members and non-baptized adults profess their faith and find a home in the church. From rhetorical, theological, and ontological perspectives, Auctor adopted Exod 3:14 in his thesis statement (Heb 1:1-4) to be the most significant ontological signpost in his hermeneutic. The crux is that the name of God (i.e., YHWH) is revealed. Ontologically speaking, 'God speaks' is neither an Old Testament historical phenomenon, nor a Christ-event, but rather it is 'YHWH speaks' who timelessly and unchangeably reveals the reality of his Being and Word. This project's purpose is to instruct and equip members of selected Presbyterian churches to hear the voice of God for them to experience personal revival. Methodological triangulation included pre and post-questionnaires, focus groups, and personal interviews. This project predicts that by studying the scriptures and the liturgy for Holy Communion church members will develop a theology of table defined as an understanding of Holy Communion that arises out of a profound vision of who Jesus is, his sacrifice for humanity and his commandment to come to the table in remembrance of him. Chapter 1 introduces the thesis statement, ministry needs, literature review, and theological issues with regard to evangelizing the Navajos. Chapter 2 introduces their history and worldview. Chapter 3 introduces their indigenous religious rituals, their use of witchcraft, and their use of peyote in their religion. Chapter 4 describes how Christians can connect with the Navajos and how Christians can apply biblical texts to evangelize the Navajos. Subsequently, it demonstrates that the Pyongyang revival possessed limitations due to its historical context, and that is how the prayer revival of 1857-1859 can be used to revitalize the prayer practices of the Korean-American church. The two revivals shared many things in common: both of them occurred in the midst of crisis and helped people to overcome the difficulties, prayer played a major role, and they were influenced by other global revivals and also influenced them. However, significant differences occurred between them. The prayer revival was solemn, led by lay leadership, and had strong emphasis on the conversion of the lost. In this study, the aim is to analyze and affirm the corresponding relationship between the commitment to education in fiath and the promotion of justice in Lasallian education and evagnelization today.  The testimony of the original Lesallian educational model, the contemporary canon of Lasallian texts, and the lived reality in God's mission field reveals the proper relation between education and justice in the Lesallian idiom. The researcher employed case study method and analyzed relationship between identities and integration in the two cultures. The coming of Kenyan immigrants into this land calls for a reconfiguration of the ways in which they can be accommodated. This project synthesized and developed strategies that can be used to help them integrate into the American culture. Worshipping at Kenyan Community Church has brought Kenyans to fellowship together.
