As a basis for this claim the theological response made by the ancient Hebrews in their temple design, the development of church buildings by the Christian communities in the first three centuries, and several contemporary church buildings are discussed.  The method of doing theology through architecture used at lexington Church of the Cross is presented. These methods were introduced into an existing anti-racism workshop.  Hypotheses were tested (with control and test groups) which predicted that using values clarification methods would result in more positive statements; fewer hostile statements; and more positive attitudes toward Native Americans.  All hypotheses comparing control and test groups were rejected. The author's basic assumption concerning the Korean immigrant congregation was that it needed to emphasize a holistic ministry of three perspectives: worship, service, and fellowship, with teaching considered a part of fellowship.  The emphasis was to explore and test how the Bible and theology can be taught meaningfully to a Korean immigrant congregation.  The result was that the participants obtained more biblical knowledge, more theological understanding, and a higher consciousness for coping with and adapting to American culture while keeping their Korean identity. The student worked in an inner-city church for two years during which three faith-sharing groups were established.  Through repeated development of such groups, this method proved to be very effective in communicating the essentials of the gospel.  Such a method of outreach must be conducted by a local congregation whose priority to evangelism is motivated by the evangel itself. Their party-indoctrinated worldview presented obstacles in comprehending the gospel. There is a need for a training model to equip the Christians to understand their mentality and be able to present the gospel to them. This project is a twelve session hands-on training seminar. It provided a support structure for the participants to pray for and engage in evangelism. It motivated the participants with the biblical mandate for cross-cultural evangelism. It equipped them with the necessary knowledge for communicating the gospel. The project report provides background on the traditional relationship of the pastor with his congregation in the Korean Church; introduces three key goals; and discuses this study's methodologies. The author presents the biblical, theoretical, and historical foundations for cell group ministry considering 'the church' as the koinonia associated with Paul. It also introduces aspects of the cell ministry movement in other locations, such as China, India, Africa, Australia, and Korea. The project discusses the disillusionment within the Korean church community due to changes in traditional religious, political and societal expectations. Chapter one presented background information, definitions, research instruments and a statement of the projects' three goals.  Chapter two was focused on Biblical, theoretical, and literature foundation for conflict.  Chapter three addressed the social and psychological background of Korean immigrant churches, describing the religious background of Korean mentality, politics of Korea, the history of the Baptist church in Korea, and Korean churches in the U.S.  It identified how authority infected pastors and caused conflict in church. Chapter four attempted to equip pastors with conflict resolution skills. Chapter five evaluated the methodology used to find pastors' conflict. A pastor is a primary source of conflict in church.
