My project brought together six men in ten weekly sessions to train them in and practice of spiritually reading the Bible. The resource has five sections intended to be taught as individual sections in a classroom setting or to be used by an individual as a  tutorial. Included in the resource as one of the sections is the Torah translated from Hebrew to English with a side-by-side comparison of both languages in manuscript style. Through exegetical study of Matthew 18 and 1 Corinthians 5 and 6, and drawing from the current literature and personal interviews of church conflict practitioners, a protocol was developed fusing together organizational, interpersonal, scriptural, and scientific approaches to help individuals, churches and regions address conflict within the Vineyard church. The model was a five-week Bible study intended to enhance awareness, understanding, and respect of pastors' spiritual authority, as well as to offer guidance in providing nurture and support to pastors.  The model was evaluated by denominational leaders, pastors, and lay persons. The curriculum designed for this project was a vital component of the institutional disciple-making efforts of the Memorial Church of Christ (Livonia, MI), a congregation firmly committed to the vision and values of the Restoration Movement (also known as the Stone-Campbell Movement). A series of seven sessions using guided imagery revealed that this method did make the members more aware of God in their daily lives and activities, in relationships, in worship, and in their resolution of conflict.
