The ministerial staff and congregation participated in this project by completing a 360 degree survey of the participants.  The project director presented the results to the ministerial staff in coaching sessions. The ministry intervention was designed to meet the need of uniting dissociated factions and ministry programs under a corporate and purposeful vision for ministry.  The author compiled data to clarify the church's existing identity, led the church through an educational program, and conducted a leadership retreat aimed at formulating a comprehensive and operational mission statement.  The mission statement would be used to align existing ministries and develop new ones under the stated mission.
