The project conducts a quantitative and qualitative evaluation with 30 volunteers.  Pre-test and post-test comparisons analyzed significant differences in attitude, knowledge, and behavior in program participants and a control group. This project explains problems associated with that process.  The procedure examines Paul's 'diversity in unity' principle concerning spiritual gifts; the principle in Ephesians 4:11-13 as the proper mobilization model; and the dynamics that evolve within the local church.
