The purpose of this project, conducted with members of Grace Fellowship Church in Timonium, Maryland, was to determine the effectiveness of a 'SHAPE' workshop and follow-up to increase participants' motivation leading to service. A biblical blueprint for spiritual gifts from Ephesians 4 was studied as well as the functional approach to motivation. The coaching helped participants do evangelism consistent with their approach to working with others as indicated by the DISC Classic Personal Profile System 2800. Quantitative and qualitative measures were used. Coaching sessions focused on current personal evangelism efforts of the participants.
