The body is a hologram of one's being. Movement is as natural as breathing to the human body and is an expression of the gracefulness of basic human nature. This study is theologically informed by the concept of faith as grace with courage, the power enabling individuals to encounter and calm the anxiety of finitude.  The research designed is quasi-experimental using a pretest, posttest and comparison group.  It is an outcome study. Total participants in the study numbered 68.  Statistical analysis consisted of an analysis of variance and linear step regression of gain scores.  The research hypothesis was affirmed at the .05 level of significance.
