Through three sets of personal exercises and three group meetings, the majority of project participants demonstrated an understanding of project content and created a growth plan for self-awareness and self-difentiated leadership. God commands believers to engage his word, and through obedience to his command, members have the opportunity for spiritual change.  Scripture records both reading and/or listening as two mediums for engagement.  The administrator of this project directed memebrs to engage Scripture through an aural medium .  Listening and reflection templates along with five assessments provided measurable evaluations. This method of generalized minstry reproducibility has produced sterile and ineffective churches that function in a way that is more similar to secular organizations that respond to industry trend rhat than rooted in the New Testament, reflecting the community of the Body of Christ.  The solution this situation is ministry reformation.  This project leads a church through a phase of minstry reformation as they discover their minstry purpose and identity through a shared leadership approach. His presupposition that personal pastoral development in the five areas of spiritual growth, personality, church growth philosophy, leadership, and cultural relevance would produce a corresponding measurable increase in pastoral effectiveness proved correct.  He executed the project with fifteen Tucson, Arizona, pastors from August 1991 to February 1992.
