Blanchard into the context of ministry.  Eight ministers volunteered to receive training and implement the training into their ministries.  Each minister enlisted team members from their ministry setting in order to accomplish a specific task.  The ministers and team members used assessment instruments to track changes in leadership behavior.  The project's goal was to answer the question; 'Is Situational Leadership valuable and useful in the context of ministry?'     This project was effective and provided a tool for ministerial leadership. The Army leadership perceived suicide prevention training as a means of dealing with the problem.  The Army Chaplaincy is selected as the proponent of suicide prevention training.  Since human life is a precious gift of God and suicide is an irrational act, suicide prevention is a life-saving ministry. She proposed creating the manual with input from recognized church planting experts, sponsor churches, and church planters, and revising it after it had been used by participating sponsors and planters.  The manual was evaluated as failing to motivate uncommitted churches to become sponsors.  It did assist sponsors and planters who were already committed. This supervision system incorporated the core elements of McCarty's model of a supervised ministry. Eight participants were selected from the staff team. They went through five training sessions and attained supervision sessions for four months. Most of the participants mastered the core elements of this supervision system.  In turn, they modified and applied it in supervising their staff members. The project's purpose is to help the congregation effectively assimilate new people by placing them in fulfilling church service.  To accomplish this, consultants were trained to use the MBTI to place people effectively in church volunteer ministry.  This project concludes that Myers-Briggs is not an appropriate tool for 'placing' people in ministry.  The ethics of Myers-Briggs do not encourage such usage.
