It will begin by learning from biblical teaching and leadership archetypes as well as best practices among renewal movements.  A program for development of staff and supervisors is implemented: (1) national student leadership conference, (2) internship, (3) staff training in fundamentals, (4) regional staff training, (5) NVEST, (6) emerging leaders, and (7) MD training. This project identifies the theology and frequency of diaconate preaching and explains the importance of deacons to be able to effectively communicate God's message. The following work provides a five week seminar that has been taught to a group of deacons from the Diocese of Rockville Centre, New York. The seminar helped the participants to recognize, understand and apply specific skills in which to enhance their preaching. Second, he explored how the study of literature could inform the development of this model. Third, he established a strategic framework and developed a curriculum for this model. The thesis of this paper is that this dormant potential may be fanned to life through contextualized missionary mediation, implementing a carefully conceited Experiential Missions Training (EMT) process, designed to integrate cross-cultural missions projects and inter-congregational teams with the benefits of Experiential Learning Theory (ELT).  The author draws out the principles of Experiential Missions Training through a case study of his own documented experiences of training teams of French believers from local churches in Lyon, France on missions ventures to the Kursk State University in western Russia. An effort was made to avoid asking the questions in ways that would lead to the development of a sending agency that did not fit the context of Honduran Baptist mission efforts.  If Honduran Baptists are to fulfill the Great Commission in a global manner, they must have a sending agency that reflects their culture and values instead of one that is copied from another culture.  The pastors were chosen because of their experience in missions or because they had demonstrated a strong interest in learning as much. The result was a sending agency that was designed by and for Honduran Baptists. Repentance is always present in true revival. Many, though, do not understand the positive work of repentance and therefore avoid discussion or application of repentance to their lives. Negative attitudes toward sin and repentance discourage believers from experiencing personal revival. As a result, confession of sin seems to be common while repentance is rare.
