The thesis emphasizes the necessity of trained ministers to do pastoral work among the Assemblies churches of the Puerto Rico District. The author used questionnaires interviews and group work. Revitalization of an intern full time study program was the strategy selected. In cases where the strategy did not work out favorably, other alternatives were structured. Jesus selected disciples and trained them, so that he could send them as servants.  The Apostle Paul said that the fundamental way for persons to mature is through discipleship training.  The Korean church has grown quantitatively in a way which is unparalleled in any other country.  The zeal as people get together is so tremendous that the impact of church meetings such as morning prayer, night prayer, diocesan worship are incalculable. This project urged undivided devotion to Jesus that rejects a consumer orientation to church membership.  The project employed education and behavior modeling strategies with new and current members to urge deeper, all-encompassing commitment to Jesus through increased, regular involvement in worship, prayer, Bible study, and personal testimony.
