A four-week program introduced a group of seniors to Biblical perspectives on wealth and poverty, to criteria for vetting charitable organizations, and to the process of writing a moral biography, in preparation for developing or revising their estate plans. The project analyzes seven areas of belief and practice in relation to demographic categories.  Relevant characteristics include practice of spiritual disciplines, regular responsibility in the church, contentment with church, a sense of psychological well-being, age, membership status, income level, and length of time attending the church. One hundred nineteen medium-size congregations of the Oklahoma District Council of the Assemblies of God were studied with concentration given to the auxiliaries reported by those congregations.  The hypothesis was based upon the concept of a unified mission.  Implementation was guided by the belief that multiple functioning and giving auxiliaries affected positively world ministries giving.  The project failed to establish such a positive relationship due to disparities even among churches reporting the same number of auxiliaries.
