Experienced multicultural team missionaries were provided with 12 team-related factors to be evaluated. The top three factors were distinguished as: Team management, dealing with conflict and inclusion in decision making. Considering that many churches are declining or have plateaued, this study sought to discover practical, effective strategies and techniques that have contributed to overall church growth by baptism and conversion. The author asked what these practices were, how they were taught, and how they were modeled by the leadership. The author's research preceding the case study gives a review and foundation from the early church's teaching and experience in evangelism, discipleship, missions, pastoral leadership, and church growth to the present. A closer look was given at the causes and effects of little to no obedience and commitment to the Great Commission. The research conclusions reflect various core values, key principles, and training methodologies and strategies as they are realized in the philosophy of the program design, the characteristics of the student population, the cultural context, the training needs of the target audience, the personalities and philosophies of the main leadership core staff, and other factors of the specific training institution. The final recommendations to educators in Majority World ministry training programs are: (1) develop a strong indigenous infrastructure before launching the program, (2) avoid dependence on foreign funding and expatriate faculty, and (3) develop a healthy training model that plans for measured growth. Personal participation in missions has been missing in many traditional South Carolina Baptist churches. There is a need to shift to a new paradigm of doing missions.  A growing number of South Carolina Baptist churches have implemented a partnership strategy--resulting in greater involvement among the congregation.  The methodology used in this field research was a case study involving six churches.  These churches had little missions involvement until adopting the partnership strategy. When one considers the poverty, geopolitical distance, backward or even barbaric lifestyles, and spiritual resistance of these peoples, there is little wonder why they remain unreached.  The Lampungese of South Sumatra, Indonesia, represent such a people.  They are culturally separated from the Javanese and Batak Christians who live in their province.  They are geopolitically isolated from the main island of Java and they are economically and technologically challenged, having been slow to adjust to the modernization happening around them. Surveys of the congregations reveal that personal friendship is the best way to communicate and that printed materials--tracts and books--are the most useful evangelistic media. These Bangkok churches overcome hindrances in communicating difficult concepts by illustrating them with personal testimonies. These churches teach members to evangelize by training them one-on-one in telephone and house visitations. Churches using these methods should communicate gradually with gentleness, courtesy, and
