Historically, the contributions of women have not been fully recognized, nor women fully empowered to serve in decision making arenas.  The church suffers when the full potential and contributions of half its members are denied and underutilized.  This project will enable the church to recognize and affirm the contributions, perspectives, and experiences of women in order to make the church more whole and the gospel more alive.
