So that the system's ideal is for everyone to have a living wage and not a penny more and not be a version of the secular world's pay for performance system. The proactive research model was used. Surveys were taken with the goal of educating and persuading. Through a series of sermons and a seven-week study using the book 'Resident aliens', terms, concepts, and ideas were explored connecting the mission statement and discipleship. Administrative board and church members were invited to participate (22 participants). Since the project was implemented, our average Sunday morning attendance increased by twenty percent. Methodology includes workshop setting, utilizing pre and post surveys, priorities exercises, and dialogue. Five focus groups were administered the priorities exercises to compare with workshop results. Power was returned to the traditional majority.  The charismatic and traditional members were brought together through eleven program committees which were reorganized and developed according to Paul's analogy of the body of Christ (I Cor 12-14), the sermons of John Wesley and the United Methodist Council on Ministries structure.  This small group movement drew in eighty nonactive, traditional members.
