The class met through an entire academic year, once every two weeks, to learn, interact, and receive training on how to be the most effective residence hall assistant.  The upper class students who participated in the program received three hours of general studies credit. A long range training focusing upon a philosophy and strategy of ministry needs to be communicated.  This project attempts to provide some of that training through advanced Sonlife program that builds upon the basic seminar and helps youth pastors develop additional skills in effective church-related youth work. A twelve week curriculum utilizes parables, personalities, and the Passion Week from the Gospel of Luke.  Youth to senior citizens involve themselves in a variety of learning activities.  A training manual exists in the project for those who want to develop a curriculum and lead intergenerational sessions.  The project includes a critique of intergenerational education from theological and educational perspectives. Findings conclude that this education is a valid approach for the church.
