Finally, the essential elements for the construction of a theology of missionary motivation are presented. Third, a six-lesson course to communicate this information was developed.  A brief survey of some other congregations was included.  The results in the Morris congregation have been positive in terms of the development, both spiritual and functional, of existing and new leaders.
