The objective of the ministry was to train the laity of the church to do outreach witnessing.  The methodology used was an outreach ministry method of persuasion evangelism that invites others to come to Christ.  The hypothesis was that prayer and outreach witnessing will lead to church growth in the community.  The project has been evaluated through pre-tests, post-tests, survey questionnaires and how-to workshops. A Qualitative Enhanced Ethnographic Research Design was used. The research found that a significant sense of empowerment developed among project participants. A Tabre Women's Association of 110 women was organized to sustain the Spiritual Formation Support Circle and Sustainable Small Scale Enterprise Project. The objective of this project was to begin the process of getting the congregation the author serves to engage in ministry with other congregations and organizations.  As a result of this collaborative effort, a Shalom Zone and Community Development Corporation was developed. Both of these proved helpful to communities characterized by social fragmentation.  The methodology employed was that of action research through the use of group meetings, questionnaires, and journaling. The methodology included Pre/Post Tests of Spiritual Values, Pre/Post Achievement Tests, and consultations with students, parents, and teachers.  The results of the project showed that students' behavior skills increased and academic improvements were made. The acknowledgment of illiteracy is the first step toward the empowerment of African Americans.  The methodologies used to achieve these goals were surveys, pretests, posttests, questionnaires, and qualitative research.  There were six, ninety-minute sessions which focused on adult literacy, economic and spiritual empowerment.  At the conclusion of the six-week sessions, all the adults demonstrated an increased ability in reading competency skills. Six two-hour sessions of instruction on the attitudes about masculinity were implemented with six pre-adolescent males.  By engaging the use of a pre/post test with experimental and control groups, unstructured observation, follow-up interviews, and a summary of learning after each session, the qualitative research design found that there were shifts to a more mature understanding of masculinity in the participants. The methodology used to achieve this was a pretest survey, a four-sermon series, and a post test survey. Conclusions that were drawn consist of the following: 1) Expository preaching is a catalyst for spiritual growth; 2) Expository preaching is a means, not an end to spiritual
