The study documents the establishment of the Criminal Justice \u0026 Mercy Ministry Team, the identification of an appropriate resource, and utilizing that resource to train churches to become stations of hope. But how does the church speak its beliefs to those who refer to listen?  In this paper, the author suggests the use of music, designs a worship service comprised completely of music teaching a theology of restorative justice, and studies the reaction of people who hear the music.
