The method for study was based on group dynamics process, psychological principles of active listening, and group session analysis. The researcher observed and considered problems of the research theme.  The question proposed by this project is 'How can I bring about a healthier family systems theory in the church?'  The key concept of this study is 'church as an emotional system.'  For this purpose, I studied about creating leaders' roles and finding leaders' identities in and for better leadership.  The church leaders may react when they are caught in a maelstrom of conflict within a parish. This project is one that studied and utilized a learned understanding of the system dynamics of two small church families; then incorporated specific spiritual disciplines, such as, Christ-centered spiritual acts of worship, biblical infusion in the church's life, and pointed spiritual practices at places of corporate conflict.
