Grounded on an understanding of mission with a goal of creating a diverse and inclusive community, the cells and small groups offer a favorable environment to develop multicultural relations. It explores the use of theological reflection by supervisor and church planter in order to be relevant in an ever-changing ministry environment.    The method used for this project is what is known as the 'grounded theory' approach, because the project calls for qualitative research that seeks to include diversity and quality assessment, both biblically and theologically, to build theory grounded in reality.
