The project intersects church revitalization, missions, and biblical leadership.  Its purpose was to empower a small group of lay people in the Hungarian Reformed Church (Columbus, Ohio) through a seven month training program to promote the revitalization of their congregation.  Participants showed the greatest changes in their personal spiritual lives, in short-term planning for growth, and in formulating non-negotiable pillars of the church. The paradigm was presented in a series of five sermons and teaching lessons to the congregation of Berean Grace Fellowship, and in a series of five sermons to the pastor's conference of the Grace Gospel Fellowship. The two groups of respondents received the same information about the paradigm. After the presentations were completed, a post-evaluation assessment was administered to evaluate the impact, adequacy, and presentation of the paradigm.
