The research focused on ten weeks of didactics, experiential learning, and practical applications of the spiritual disciplines utilizaing the Self-Image and Spiritual Disciplines Curriculum. The results of the study prominently indicated that all of the project goals were acheived. The method employed in this project was a question and answer format that revolved around seven ontological questions. The results of the impact study indicated a spiritual transformation took place among the participants. Change also took place in the area of knowledge. Twelve members of the Cornerstone academic community reviewed the model and evaluated the effectiveness and appropriateness of the textbooks, individual assignments, learning team assignments and in-class activities. The biblical and historical basis for peace and reconciliation was developed. An integrated conflict transformation model was created and submitted to ten significant Christian and Muslim leaders for evaluation. The evaluators were provided with a written and verbal  presentation of the H.O.P.E. Infusion Betrayal Trauma Seminar materials, and assessed its impact psychologically, cognitively, and spiritually. The results were measured statistically and by personal response. This project assessed their academic, social, and spiritual formation necessary to maintain their cultural identity as they adapt to the American culture to discover how to help improve their self-esteem, to teach healthy relationships, and teach freedom from the need to oppress, control, or to feel superior to others. The data collected and analyzed discovered that these young Liberians surveyed had good attitudes toward their race and national identity as Liberians.  They feel loved by God and believed they are good persons. A careful analysis of the theoretical basis of the model was made and presented to a group of Christian mental health professionals and mission personnel in order to assess the theological appropriateness and clinical effectiveness of the model for use by Christians. The project looks at selected accredited theological institutions and Hispanic-Latino community-based training programs.  It also gathers by questionnaire data from selected pastors, teachers, and students on ministry training for Hispanic-Latino church leaders.  As a result all three groups of respondents (pastors, teachers, and students) believe that academic training and a curriculum grounded in the culture and experiences of our people is very important for the task of leadership training. Data was collected through surveys given pre, post, and four weeks after the study.  The results were tabulated to determine shifts towards diversity and inclusion.  The strongest shift occurred towards seeing diversity as a positive aspect of community. Especially among sample=group-members who were not directly associated with St. John's Lutheran School, course survey results indicated the study significantly impacted their thinking and values about the school in a positive
